This Privacy Policy applies to MySpotsPlaces (the "Application"), a mobile application created by Murat Gazioğlu (the "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application may process information you choose to save in the app, such as place names, categories, notes, addresses, phone numbers, website links, favorite status, optional photos, and optional location coordinates for saved places.
If you allow location access, the Application may use your device location to show nearby places, sort places by distance, fill a saved place with your current location, and display your location on the map. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.
The Application uses Apple iCloud/CloudKit to store and sync your saved places when iCloud is available on your device. Saved place information, including optional photos and optional location coordinates, may be stored in your private iCloud database so your data can remain available across your supported devices.
The Application uses Google Places services to provide nearby place discovery and place search. When you use these discovery or search features, related search text and location information may be sent to Google only as needed to return place results.
If you send feedback from inside the Application, the message you write, optional contact information, app version, iOS version, and selected app language may be sent to the Service Provider so the Service Provider can read your feedback, respond if needed, and improve the Application.
The Application does not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, does not sell your personal information, and does not use your information for tracking across apps or websites.
Photos are accessed only when you choose a photo for a saved place. The selected photo may be stored locally on your device and, when iCloud sync is available, in your private iCloud database as part of that saved place.
Saved places remain in the Application until you edit or delete them. Removing the Application from your device may remove local app data from that device, but data synced through iCloud may remain available through your iCloud account unless removed from the Application or iCloud according to Apple's controls. Feedback messages may be retained as needed to review suggestions, provide support, and maintain records of communication.
You can stop location access by changing the Application's permissions in your device settings. You can stop using the Application and remove local app data by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process available on your device or through the mobile application marketplace.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider (x11aiagent@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
